We are looking for a Property Operations Coordinator who will be responsible for onboarding new properties, maintaining property standards, coordinating guest arrivals and departures, conducting property viewings, managing contractors, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both guests and property owners.

Key Responsibilities

• Take over newly acquired properties from owners and coordinate their setup for launch.
• Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants and owners.
• Organize and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Perform property inspections before guest arrivals and after departures.
• Ensure properties are fully prepared and guest‑ready at all times.
• Monitor compliance with company standards regarding property quality, furnishing, and equipment.
