Overview

The Property Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation, reliability, and physical condition of WS Development’s Palm Beach asset, The Royal Poinciana Plaza. This role leads on-site facilities operations with a hands-on approach, ensuring mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety systems operate safely and efficiently while maintaining the high standards expected of a premier retail environment.

The role also provides operational oversight of ongoing tenant fit-outs and property improvement projects, ensuring construction work is executed, integrates properly with base building systems, and adheres to property standards while managing critical vendors and operational excellence.
