About the role
We are seeking a proactive and client-focused professional to support the delivery of property services across Victoria. The role involves end-to-end project coordination, stakeholder engagement and maintaining accurate records to support high-quality property services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source new electorate offices and negotiate leases in line with established frameworks and standards.
* Manage electorate office relocations, refurbishments, and minor works projects from planning through to completion.
* Monitor and manage project issues, risks, and budgets, identifying and resolving delivery challenges.
