South Holland District Council is seeking an exceptional Housing Property Services Manager to lead the delivery of our property investment and asset management services for our 3,800 homes.

This is a key leadership role within our Housing Landlord Service, responsible for ensuring that our homes remain safe, decent, energy efficient and fit for the future. Reporting to the Head of Housing Investment & Development, you will oversee the delivery of more than £50 million of housing investment over the next five years while leading a culture of professionalism, accountability and continuous improvement.
