Overview

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Property Specialist at Ayala Land Premier in Makati. The Property Specialist will be responsible for commercial and residential real estate sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with clients and stakeholders.

Compensation

• Commission: Minimum 500,000 per sale
• Allowance: Starts at 16,000 (increases with every sale)
• Cash and Travel Incentives

Work Structure

• 4 working days (combination of on-site, work-from-home, and booth/site manning)
• Attendance at company events and open houses
