Sutherland is seeking an attentive and goal-oriented person to join us as a NICE Proposal Engineer.

This is a role for a talented professional that is responsible for reviewing, assessing and delivering professional services proposals (Quotes, Design reviews, services-related RFP responses, SOW reviews, etc.) alongside the NICE sales organization, including Account Executives, Presales engineers, and sales overlay team. The Services Solutions Specialist engages at early deal stages and promotes NICE’s Professional Services offerings, including and especially the Value Realization Services (VRS) portfolio for existing and new customers across the Americas region and, occasionally, other global regions.
