Proposal Manager

What is the Opportunity?

The Proposal Manager will be responsible for leading development, production, and formal submission of Requests for Qualifications (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), Expressions of Interests (EOIs), and other required content such as Market Sounding responses for major project pursuits identified by Aecon’s executive team.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and oversight of Aecon’s formal submissions in response to RFQs, RFPs, EOIs, and Market Soundings.
• Lead major proposal pursuits where Aecon is the lead partner in a joint venture (JV) partnership.
• Manage Aecon submission responses when an Aecon JV partner is the pursuit lead.
• Schedule and lead proposal/bid meetings.
• Manage and coordinate input from other partners and internal stakeholders.
