About the Role

• Work closely with the Manager of Proposal Resources to receive project assignments, facilitation of training, and skill development.
• Understand requirements of formal solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) from corporations, law firms, and government customers.
• Collaborate with key internal partners (Sales team, Solutions Consultants, Legal, and other subject matter experts) to complete and respond to formal solicitations, including hosting kick‑off calls and project touch‑base calls throughout the RFx opportunity.
• Using the proposal repository (Qvidian), respond to solicitation questions with accurate, compliant responses.
• When necessary or applicable, write customer‑facing responses to specific customer inquiries and assist with related forms, certifications, and disclosures.
