Provide support to the front line sales force and external customers by delivering timely and accurate proposals for Bombardier Aircraft Services (BAS) aftermarket services.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers, Product Administrators, Schedulers, and Planners to determine pricing, schedules, and standard downtime for work scopes.
Track and coordinate multiple proposals using Salesforce and Maximo applications while adapting to changing priorities.
Apply special programs, incentives, and pricing adjustments, coordinating with internal departments and external vendors for maintenance scheduling.
Monitor process steps via Salesforce and Maximo to ensure proposals flow through the system at optimal speed.
Review all proposals for quality and accuracy prior to release to ensure they meet the criteria of the Regional Sales Manager's request.
