Wood is recruiting for a Proposals Manager to manage the development and delivery of proposals, expressions of interest, pre-qualifications, and other customer responses for assigned opportunities, in accordance with approved win strategies and governance processes.

Reporting to the Proposals Team Lead, the role is accountable for end-to-end proposal execution on allocated pursuits, coordinating contributors, ensuring compliance with customer requirements, and delivering high-quality submissions on time.
