Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Engine, Fuel Control & Engine Component Engineering

• Serve as the technical authority for our turbine engines, with primary focus on fuel control units, engine components, LRUs (e.g., pumps, actuators, valves, gearboxes), piece part repairs and re-manufacturing.
• Manage the technical health of the engine fleet by monitoring and improving Condition Monitoring / In‑Service Health Monitoring (CM/IHM) programs at the engine and component level.
• Analyze engine and accessory performance data to recommend maintenance program changes, including TBO/MTBO adjustments, on‑condition strategies, and reliability improvements.
• Lead or support design change and obsolescence activities related to fuel controls and components, including alternate parts, repairs, and vendor changes.
