Position Overview
AWS Professional Services is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Leader to build and lead the ProServe business in Taiwan. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding customer engagements, and leading a team of ProServe Account Executives (PAEs) to accelerate cloud adoption and digital transformation for enterprise customers across Taiwan. The ideal candidate will combine deep sales leadership experience with a strong understanding of cloud technologies, professional services delivery, and the Taiwan market landscape.
Key job responsibilities
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Own and deliver the Taiwan ProServe revenue target (bookings, revenue, and margin)
- Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Professional Services in Taiwan, aligned with AWS field sales and partner ecosystem
