Position Overview

  • Provide information to new returnees at Torkham Zero Point regarding available services and support.
  • Identify individuals with protection concerns at the Zero Point, provide initial protection support, and refer them to appropriate service providers.
  • Maintain and regularly update the service mapping; follow case management procedures during client referrals and follow-ups.
  • Monitor clients’ progress consistently, ensuring services are delivered according to established criteria and standards.
  • Ensure timely updates to the service mapping for referrals and submit weekly updates to track the progress of referred clients.
  • Adhere strictly to IRW policies, procedures, tools, handbooks, and guidelines.
  • Support the implementation of the assigned support function portfolio in accordance with the action plan.
