What’s the Job?

Seeking an experienced Protection & Control Application Engineer to support testing, commissioning, and deployment of protection and control solutions for power systems. Role includes in‑house and on‑site customer support.

Location: Fully On‑Site Schedule
Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: From $50.23/hour Contract (1‑Year Contract)
Travel: Up to 25% (US & Canada)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze protection & control designs, schematics, and logic diagrams
• Develop relay settings and customized test plans
• Perform secondary injection testing and simulate complex control schemes
• Configure relay communication, including IEC 61850
• Support commissioning and provide technical guidance to peers

Required Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 5+ years experience in relay testing and setting file creation
