Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare related project documentation such as User Requirement Specification (URS), IT Request (ITR), test scripts and other documents.
• Review system’s functional aspects in the Scope of Work (SOW), Functional Specification Document (FSD) or Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) to ensure the deliverables are aligned with the URS.
• Raise approval for CAPEX Expense Requisition (CER) for any new enhancements and monitor payment to vendor once projects/enhancements completed.
• Prepare test plan and conduct end‑to‑end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), system health check, ensuring all significant/mandatory fields are tested and compliant with Shariah requirements and other statutory requirements.
• Prepare and update SOP or system user guides.
• Provide first‑level support, troubleshoot problems and operational handling related to systems.
