Job Description:


The Provider Relations Walkthrough Representative serves as a key liaison between Medicaid providers and the project team, ensuring accurate communication, timely issue resolution, and support throughout the provider enrollment process. This role requires strong problem-solving abilities, excellent customer service skills, and a thorough understanding of Medicaid programs and policies.


Responsibilities:
