The Program Ready Trainer (PRT) is a support function responsible for delivering customer based program specific training modules and providing ongoing refresher training, including program updates, as required by the business to support customer programs, administer knowledge assessment tests, quality control, feedback, training as requested, and provides reports on effectiveness, progress, and improvements.
