Labcorp is seeking a **Part-time** **Ph** **lebotomist** to join our team at Reproductive Medicine Institute: 2425 W. 22nd Street, Suite 200, Oak Brook, IL. 60523.

**Work Schedule:** **Part-time 12 hours per week** : Mon, Wed, Fri 7:00am - 11:00am

**Job Responsibilities:**

+ Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups
+ Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests etc.
+ Perform data entry of patient information in an accurate and timely manner
+ Process billing information and collect payments as necessary
