Summary:


The Integrated Behavioral Health clinician III is an independently licensed LCSW embedded within an outpatient medical setting as a psychotherapist. They directly with the primary care team to assess and treat individuals with behavioral health and/or substance use issues (either on-site or via telemedicine) . They understand or are willing to learn about the collaborative model of care applied in a patient-centered medical home. They adapt interventions to the workflow and pace of the primary care practice, including rapid assessment, brief treatment, and a high daily volume of patient contacts.
