Mindify Wellness and Care is seeking a highly skilled, compassionate, and patient-centered Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment services to our diverse client population.

The PMHNP will be an integral part of our collaborative care team, delivering evidence-based pharmacotherapy and, where applicable, psychotherapy to help individuals achieve their mental wellness goals.

This role requires clinical excellence, strong communication skills, and a commitment to Mindify Wellness and Care's values of empathy, innovation, and client empowerment.

Work Location & Schedule Split schedule between our adult day care centers (local travel required):
