The Lead PMHNP will work collaboratively with the Medical Director and a designated leadership counterpart to ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based psychiatric care across multiple practice settings. This position is ideal for a motivated psychiatric provider who is passionate about mentorship, clinical quality improvement, provider development, and advancing organizational excellence in behavioral healthcare.
