COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Consult Psychiatry (PSY)
- BASE: Up to $300K-$375K based on training and experience
- Annual salary increases to 7%. of your base salary
- Relocation - $30,000
- Sign on bonus - 10% of base salary
- Potential for annual base increase based on performance
- Length of service: 2 years with option to renew with retention bonus
- NO non-compete clause
- Student Loan Repayment: PSLF eligible employer
- PTO: Accrued bi-weekly, ability to bank hours
