Outpatient Psychiatry Opportunity – Danbury, Connecticut (60 miles from New York City)
Nuvance Health, formerly Western Connecticut Health Network and now Northwell Health, is seeking a full-time outpatient psychiatrist for our Danbury, Connecticut office. Danbury is located in suburban Fairfield County, Connecticut, about 60 miles northeast of New York City, and near the border of Westchester and Putnam Counties in New York State. Affiliated with Danbury Hospital, our program offers teaching appointments, working with Nuvance Health psychiatry residents and medical students from the University of Vermont as well as a variety of off-shore medical students. Our busy practice is long established with a highly collegial and supportive working environment. This is an outpatient role with limited hospital coverage obligations.
