**Qualified Candidates:**

+ Board certification required in their specialty
+ Virginia licensure or ability to obtain
+ Must have excellent interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and concisely with all levels of nursing, physicians and administration
+ IP position with possible OP clinic if desired
+ Medical Director with oversight of 24-bed IP unit
