Shift Availability: Flexible (Morning & Night shifts available)
Working Hours: Flexible (Interns must answer calls within 30 seconds, no fixed working hours)

Incentives & Benefits:
Stipend: Fixed stipend of $80-$90 per month for handling up to 50 calls
Performance-Based Incentives: An additional $10 for every 20 calls beyond the initial 50
