Our international client requires a part‑time Front of House Representative to join their team on a rolling contract basis.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional front‑of‑house corporate image to callers, visitors and employees.
• Answer incoming telephone calls, greet visitors and provide customer support.
• Assist Facilities where appropriate, including managing mail and ordering stationery.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employees reporting building/landlord issues to the DTZ Helpdesk and maintain records of such reports.
• Arrange travel: taxis, couriers, hotel bookings and flight bookings, supporting Facilities where necessary.
• Provide ad‑hoc administration duties for the Facilities Manager and HR Manager, assisting with projects.
• Take hospitality bookings for internal and external meetings and inform IT when AV equipment is required.
