The Maintenance Custodian maintains and cares for Bread Loaf Campus grounds and facilities. They maintain and clean, picks up and delivers materials, furniture and equipment to campus buildings from April - November at Bread Loaf Campus.

This is a part-time, hourly, non-benefit eligible position. The hourly range for this position is $19.92-$24.40 per hour.

Core Responsibilities:

• General Cleaning & Disinfecting: Clean and disinfect all interior building areas including restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common spaces; wipe surfaces such as tables, countertops, desks, door handles, phones, and office tools.
• Floor & Surface Care: Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors, carpets, rugs, walls, mirrors, and windows; operate floor scrubbers and related equipment.
