Position Overview

            Terms of Employment Salary is based on an hourly rate and there are no benefits for this position. 
Responsibilities Manage, order, and organise the PTA space — including the Store, Cafe, and general parent lounge areas. 
Coordinate volunteer and staff coverage during daily operating hours (8:30 am – 4:00 pm). 
Work up to 60 hours per month; hours may be split by mutual agreement with the Store Merchandiser. 
Compile and maintain inventory reports covering all Store items including snacks, food, and beverages. 
Support the sourcing of food items and coupons for special events. 
Maintain appropriate levels of stationery and office supplies. 
Oversee marketing and promotion of Grab & Go items and snacks sold in the Store. 
Reorder items as needed within the established budget and with PTA Treasurer approval. 
Present proposals for new items to the PTA Executive Board for approval
