A Production Test Coupon (PTC) Coordinator supports the Senior Welding Engineer in delivering the tasks and responsibilities associated with ISO14731.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of materials
• Parameter monitoring and recording
• Coordination of mechanical testing
• LTQR compilation and submittal
• Coordination of PWHT (where applicable)
• Raising of SON
• Coordination of client FUD intervention points
• Providing technical input to the welding team.
• Preparation of Weld cards
• Reporting of test results
• Completes any other duties as assigned by the Senior Welding Engineer.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar industry
• Good Engineering and practical background
• Experience in the monitoring of WPQR’s
• Knowledge and experience in EN ISO 3834-2
