+ Configure and maintain Alation Data Catalog objects that accurately represent enterprise data assets and support intuitive discovery for data practitioners.

+ Create and refine Alation Workflows that document data lifecycle, usage patterns and stewardship responsibilities to promote transparency and accountability.

+ Collaborate with data engineers, analysts and product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions implemented on Hadoop and Alation.

+ Optimize existing Hadoop jobs and queries by tuning configurations, refactoring code and improving data structures to reduce latency and resource consumption.
