Position Overview

            Responsibilities Provide genuine hospitality and recognition in the work area. 
Anticipate guest needs and take ownership of guest concerns and requests. 
Act decisively to ensure guest satisfaction. 
Offer a special service touch when an opportunity is presented. 
Maintain public areas of the hotel washrooms to be clean and refreshed stocked. 
Perform routine checks of all public areas. 
Clean and self‑inspect public areas as assigned in accordance with Four Seasons standards. 
Qualifications Previous experience as Housekeeping Attendant within 5* luxury Hotels. 
Great attention to detail.
