The Public Area Cleaner is responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation across all hotel public spaces. You will ensure that guest-facing areas are welcoming, immaculate, and reflective of the hotel’s quality standards, playing a key role in creating a positive first and lasting impression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including lobbies, lounges, corridors, restrooms, lifts, and stairwells
- Ensure public spaces are consistently clean, tidy, and well presented throughout the day
- Monitor and replenish supplies in public restrooms as required
- Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards
- Follow correct cleaning procedures and safe use of chemicals and equipment
