Job Description

The Public Area Executive ensures that all public spaces within the hotel are clean, well-maintained, safe, and presentable at all times. This role involves routine cleaning, inspection, and upkeep of lobbies, corridors, restrooms, banquet areas, recreational facilities, and other common areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain hotel public areas, including:
    • Lobby and reception areas
    • Corridors and elevators
    • Public restrooms
    • Restaurants and banquet spaces
    • Meeting rooms
    • Gym, spa, and recreational facilities
    • Outdoor entrances and walkways
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors and surfaces.
  • Ensure public washrooms are stocked with supplies such as soap, tissues, and hand towels.
