The South Savo Wellbeing Services Area Eloisa is seeking a public health nurse for a fixed‑term position at the Family Center Maternity Clinic in Mikkeli from 14September2026 to 31December2026, or as agreed. The Clinic has 20 public health nurses and two doctors, and offers flexible working hours and opportunities for professional training after an orientation period.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and promote the child’s health, growth, and development for preschool‑age children and their families.
• Support families in safe and child‑centered upbringing by providing guidance and advice to promote family health.
• Collaborate closely with peers and maintain a proactive, independent approach to work.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Degree as a public health nurse from a university of applied sciences or a previous polytechnic degree.
