Job Description
Assist the QS Department in preparing and compiling claims for construction roadworks — including traffic diversion, road markings, milling & patching, and signage installation
Verify site locations (typically 15–20 locations) and ensure all information is accurate and up to date
Update and maintain the claim tracking Excel file using verified site data
Perform data entry, organise documentation, and support timely claim submissions
Coordinate with site teams to confirm quantities, completed works, and supporting documents such as photos and reports
