Position Overview

Responsibilities
  • To be assigned in one of the following Housing & Development Board (HDB) A&A projects:
  • HDB - INSTALLATION OF URBANWATER HARVESTING SYSTEM AT YISHUN AND JURONG TOWNS
  • HDB - A&A WORKS TO TOILET AT HDB HUB
  • HDB - IMPROVEMENT WORKS TO MULTI-STOREY CAR PARKS
  • HDB - GOODWILL REPAIR ASSISTANCE (GRA)
  • Liaised with residents/end users, overseeing daily repair routines among workers.
  • Clarified Repair Method Statements for residents, maintaining accurate records and adhering to Client’s specifications.
  • Addressed residents/end users feedback and complaints, reporting outcomes to the manager.
  • Organized work schedules to prevent conflicts during repairs, fostering positive relationships with residents.
  • Coordinated site inspections and managed defect rectifications.
