Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Ensure the timely renewal of all company registration certificates and trade licenses following up on official approvals and permits to prevent violations or fines.
- Manage the end-to-end processing of new employment and business visas via MOHRE and GDRFA portals ensuring all applications are handled accurately and within required timelines.
- Handl the timely renewal and accurate record-keeping of all work permits residency visas and employment contracts in full compliance with government regulations and company requirements.
- Handle the submissions and monthly updates with the General Pension and Social Security Authority (GPSSA).
- Coordinate with various Embassies in the UAE to acquire visas for staff members traveling for international business as required.
