Hiring Range: The hiring range for this position is $103,275 - $114,894 per year, depending on skills and qualifications.

Work Schedule: Generally, Monday-Friday 7 am – 4 pm, 40 hours or more per week; may work evenings, weekends, and holidays as determined by the needs of the Town and for problem resolution.

As a senior leader in Public Works, the Public Works Civil Engineer IV position performs supervisory, management, and highly skilled analytic (Pavement Management) and administrative work in planning, developing, directing, and managing operations and maintenance activities, and is responsible for the delivery of critical and complex capital improvement projects of the Town’s streets, traffic control devices, storm drainage, water, and sewer infrastructure, including approximately 273 centerline miles of roadway.
