Description

We are seeking to hire a full-time Pulmonary Function Lab Coordinator to join our Respiratory Team and help support high-quality patient care in a fast paced pulmonary Function Laboratory. You will support daily operations of our Pulmonary Function Testing (PFT) Labs. You will serve as a key point of contact for patients, providers, and clinical staff by coordinating appointments, managing patient records, supporting administrative functions, and ensuring efficient clinic operations. Key responsibilities include:

+ Schedule Pulmonary Function and Exercise Physiology testing appointments using the electronic medical record system.
+ Coordinate testing appointments around patients' other medical appointments when needed.
+ Contact patients to confirm appointments and provide pre-test instructions.
+ Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
+ Process patient encounters and update registration information in the electronic medical record.
