The Purchasing Executive will support the end-to-end purchasing function with strong focus on purchasing process control,data tracking, reporting, sourcing analysis, vendor coordination, contractrenewal follow-up, ERP / e-procurement usage, and system transformation. Therole is expected to support the Purchasing Manager in strengthening purchasinggovernance, improving visibility, reducing manual follow-up, and scaling thepurchasing function as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supportRFQ exercises, quotation comparison, commercial evaluation, vendor clarification, and procurement recommendation documentation.

• Analyse procurement data, PR/PO status, RFQ progress, vendor performance,spending trends, contract renewal timelines, and procurement bottlenecks
