  • Place regular repeat orders for existing products    
  • Follow up with vendors to confirm order status and delivery dates    
  • Track shipments until delivery and update internal teams    
  • Maintain purchase records, order sheets, and delivery tracking files    
  • Coordinate with stores/warehouse team for material receipt     
  • Handle basic communication with vendors regarding delays or issues
