About The Role

What You’ll Do

• Accurately process and enter purchase invoices
• Perform supplier statement reconciliations
• Manage invoice queries, including requesting copy invoices, credit notes, and delivery notes from suppliers
• Upload and import invoices into the accounting system
• Monitor and manage the accounts email inbox
• Carry out general administrative support tasks
• Enter and maintain data in Excel spreadsheets
• Upload and email invoices into the accounting system using Continia
• Provide general administrative support to the team as required
• Assist with the management of the account’s inbox
