Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the full procurement process of production materials, auxiliary materials, and equipment consumables for the factory, ensuring timely supply of production resources.
2. Develop and maintain local supplier resources in Malaysia, build a stable supply chain, and regularly optimize and update suppliers.
3. Responsible for procurement comparison, price negotiation, and cost control; maintain procurement ledgers, monthly reconciliations, and document archiving.
4. Coordinate internal material requirements across departments, and externally liaise with suppliers to follow up on delivery timelines, quality, and after-sales issues.
