Responsibilities
Prepare and administer one-time procurement contracts by drafting contract documentation, coordinating internal approvals, monitoring the contract signing process, and ensuring all executed contracts are properly filed and tracked.
Coordinate supplier onboarding and access by facilitating supplier registration, verifying required documentation, maintaining supplier records, and ensuring suppliers are successfully onboarded into the company's procurement systems in compliance with organizational policies.
