Woodland Crafted Homes is looking for a Lead Purchaser to join our growing team.

This position will report to the Super Intendant and the Project Manager.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with the following:

• Experience in a purchasing supply chain role preferred
• Experience in the construction industry preferred
• Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) certification through the Supply Chain Management Association is highly desirable
• Experience with ERP systems preferred, i.e., Buildertrend
• Knowledge and experience with production, purchasing, planning, inventory control and scheduling
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external vendors and trades and peers
• Strong time management and organizational skills
