• Sourcing quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor's quotations
• Ensure purchase procedure comply with organisation's policy and strategy
• Coordinate with site person on materials needs and delivery schedule
• Liase with supplier on delivery schedule
• Follow up on quality and quantity of good delivered
• Administer vehicle, lorry, crane and truck activities
• Handle delivery order

Qualifications

• Min 2 years relevant working experiences
• Good interpersonal skill and strong at negotiation skill
• Multi-tasking and swift response to site request
