Position Overview

JOBS DESCRIPTION:
  • Create and process purchase order (PO's)
  • Follow up pending order and deliveries.
  • Contact suppliers for quotation, orders and delivery updates.
  • Check and file Purchasing documents and delivery orders.
  • Maintain suppliers database and documentation.
  • Monitor stock levels and inform the team when replenishment in needed.
  • Support the purchasing team with administrative tasks.
JOBS REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum NITEC.
  • At least 2 years of admin/purchasing experience.
  • Good attention to details and organizational and coordination.
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment.
