Your Role:

We’re on the lookout for a proactive Purchasing Administrator to join the SUSHI SAMBA Group team. The Purchasing Administrator will play a key role in the day-to-day purchasing operations across the restaurant group. They will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining supplier relationships, managing inventory data, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with chefs, managers, and suppliers.

Please note that the projected start date for this position will be Tuesday 9th December 2025.
