Job Description
As a Purchasing Analyst, you will play an integral role in procurement activities, focusing on sourcing products and services, negotiation, problem-solving, relationship management, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities

+ Process requisitions, request for quotations, purchase orders, price reconciliation, and competitive bids.

+ Negotiate annual contract renewals for products and services.

+ Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to identify and resolve internal and external problem situations.

+ Provide support to suppliers on purchase order discrepancies.

+ Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.

+ Conduct periodic travel to local vendors as expected.
