Job Details - Working hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), able to OT

Job Description - Create a Purchase Order
- Keep track of orders to ensure timely delivery
- Coordinate with internal divisions to ensure the quantity and quality of received items
- Verify vendor’s invoice with purchase order and delivery order
- Discuss product quality concerns and any other inconsistencies with suppliers
- Monitor warehouse stock inventory level to ensure sufficient stock available
- Maintain updated records of suppliers, goods, costs, and lead times
- Communicate with suppliers on documentation like MSDS, product spec, etc.
- Conduct a weekly inventory check
- Participate in the Annual Stock take
